All advanced email accounts we host use the following server settings. To use a secure connection, use the settings marked "SSL." the Email Software and Wireless Device support pages.

- Outgoing servers require SMTP authentication. Microsoft Outlook users will need to manually enable this feature. For detailed instructions on how to configure your email desktop software, please visit our Email Software page.
- Please note: When entering your User Name, please enter your entire email address (e.g., myname@mydomain.com). Also, please use all lowercase letters, as our email hosting system is case sensitive.
